Track & Field Events reconstruction and/or resurfacing. Baseball and Softball complexes including dugouts, batting cages, bullpens bleachers and press box design. Sports practice facilities from schematic design to completion.

Jennifer brings more than 8 years of graphic designing and architectural b
ackground to the team. Developing 3D model renderings during pre-design, assisting
throughout project bid and contractor selection, and managing construction coordination with
contractor and client until project completion and closeout. Jennifer has developed
innovative solutions to critical problems and collaboratively works with other
team members to establish efficient systems of operations, balancing stakeholder
expectations with those of the company.

Eduardo brings 17-years of experience in civil and structural drafting for waste water treatment plant pump stations, parking lots, warehouses, schools, office/storage buildings, airports, and stadiums utilizing AutoCAD software. He also provides project construction management to supervise the contractor at construction sites. Eduardo establishes relationships with clients and collaborates with others to meet timelines and budgets. With the Ability to analyze data and come up with creative solutions he guarantees his details meet the clients expectations.

Manuel brings 18-years of exeprience in construction management and development, site maintenance activities, contract negotiation, project stimation, and material purchasing. As director of construction, his overall responsibility is to oversee and supervise all project managers and operations of the construction from beginning to end which included systematic scheduling, trade coordination, lead-time management, material staging, site utilization plans, quality control, planning and monitoring the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress.

After 5 months of hard work, TSCE and Contractor gave Cornerstone Christian Academy a brand new 4-Lane Track, Synthetic Turf Field and Field Events for the school to utilize. The Children presented their personal Thank You's by writing individual greeting cards and offering warm delicious cookies.
Houston Children's Charity
Every year, the TSCE team takes time during the holidays to give back to those children and provide them with toys to be able to unwrap during christmas day. a simple gesture can go a longway on warming their hearts and fulfill their hearts with joy.
